Application, Study & Material Fee
This fee covers all the essential costs required for your enrollment and successful participation in our courses. It includes:Re-enrollment policy: If you take a short break and return within four weeks, you will not be charged this fee again. For absences longer than four weeks, you will be considered a new/returning student and the fee will apply again.

International Bank Transfer
Send funds directly from your home bank to ours. It’s reliable but may incur fees on both ends (often around ¥5,000–¥6,500). Transfers usually take 3–5 business days, sometimes up to a week. Be sure to mark fees as “paid separately” so your full amount arrives.

Domestic Bank Transfer
Already in Japan? A local bank or ATM transfer is the fastest and cheapest way to send your payment. Usually we can confirm receipt on the same day.
